The Circle We Can’t Escape
The working world is small.
And when you're in the same industry, that circle gets even tighter. You might resign, move cities, or switch companies, but somehow — you’ll still cross paths with familiar faces. Or at the very least, you'll meet someone who knows someone you know.
It's like, "Wow… feels like I’ve never really gone that far."
That’s why — attitude really matters.
It’s your credibility. And like it or not, your performance can sometimes be measured not through official reviews, but through whispers from your peers. Yep — the classic office grapevine.
The Beautiful Mess of Work
Let’s be real — work can be fun.
But just as often, it’s full of nonsense.
Sometimes you're just tired of the strict 9 to 5.
Other times, it’s the double-faced coworkers.
Or maybe it’s the bosses who have no sense of logic.
Whatever it is… let’s just laugh through it together, shall we?
Because at the end of the day, every job has its own challenges.
The real question is: are you committed to which set of challenges you want to live with?
Honest Reflections
There are days we complain:
“This isn’t worth what I’m getting paid…”
But maybe the real issue isn't the job — it’s us.
We blame everything, even when we know we still need the job.
We resist everything, even though we’re afraid to resign.
We disagree with everything, even though our skills are still halfway there.
Or maybe… just maybe, we lack self-awareness.
Find What Moves You
Find your passion. Let go of anything that makes you doubt yourself.
If you’ve chosen to work — then keep growing.
To be honest, there’s no point in being jealous of someone else’s success.
Every company has its own system.
If you don’t align with it, be brave enough to leave and look for one that fits you better.
Don’t be too caught up in chasing status or validation.
Success takes effort and courage — not just reasons to blame others.
Choose With Integrity
We all move at our own pace.
There’s nothing wrong with working as an employee, or being an entrepreneur.
It only becomes wrong when you choose something — and don’t give it your all.
So now the choice is yours:
Do you want to maintain your quality?
Or feed your ego?
Don't hesitate.
You already know the answer.
Only you do.

For What It’s Worth
“For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be.
There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing.
We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it.
And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before.
I hope you meet people with a different point of view.
I hope you live a life you’re proud of.
If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.”
